HAVAŞ

 

avaş, the longest established ground handling services company of Turkey, provides services under the roof of TAV Airports. Having awarded several times by the leading airline companies worldwide, Havaş’ main activities include passenger and luggage handling, ramp, aircraft cleaning, load control and communication, cargo, flight operations, transportation, representation and supervision services. Providing ground handling services to more than 200 airlines at 34 stations in Turkey, Germany, Latvia and Saudi Arabia, Havaş also offers airline companies cargo, mail and warehouse services on a total of 9,300 sqm area and also warehouse services at Istanbul Atatürk, Ankara Esenboğa and Izmir Adnan Menderes airports.

ATÜ

 

ounded in partnership with TAV Airports and Gebr. Heinemann/Unifree in 2000, ATU, the largest duty free operator of Turkey, offers passengers more than 50,000 products of leading world brands at advantageous prices at 107 stores operated at 21 airports in 8 countries. Having approximately 21,000 sqm of duty free retail space, ATU Duty Free, which is amongst the top 15 airport retailers worldwide, offers its passengers a unique shopping experience with its uninterrupted 24/7 service provided by around 2,000 specialized personnel and its customer satisfaction oriented organizational structure. ATU Duty Free, which has headquarters in Istanbul, has operations at Kutaisi Airport in Georgia, Salallah Airport in Oman and George Bush Airport in Texas in the USA, other than the operations handled at the airports operated by TAV.

BTA

 

btaBTA, a subsidiary of TAV Airports, was founded in 1999 and provides food & beverage services at international standards within 14 airports in Turkey, Georgia, Macedonia, Tunisia, Oman, Latvia and Saudi Arabia as well as at Istanbul Sea Buses and also at UNIQ Istanbul, the new culture and art center in Maslak. Providing service for approximately 100,000 passengers a day with approximately 500 chefs at the airports, Istanbul Sea Buses and UNIQ Istanbul, BTA offers a wide range of international menu options. BTA operates brands, of which the concepts are created by BTA or which are managed by BTA as a sub-operation, at 50,000 square meter area at airports, Istanbul Sea Buses (IDO) piers, car ferries and passenger ferries and also at UNIQ Istanbul. BTA operates more than 260 cafes and restaurants at the airports, IDO and UNIQ Istanbul.

TAV Operations Services

 

isletmehizTAV Operation Services manages operations focused on creation of non-aviation revenues and CIP passenger services at the airports. Operating at 17 airports in 8 countries with the commercial areas it manages and CIP services, TAV Operation Services develops suitable products and services accommodating the changing needs, requirements and circumstances of passengers. Outside TAV Airports, the company undertook the operation rights of Air France/KLM Lounges at Frankfurt, Munich and Stuttgart airports in Germany in August 2014. TAV Operation Services started offering its privileged services to IDO passengers at the new lounge opened at Yenikapı port in July 2015, passing on its experience in lounges for the first time outside airports. The company is operating more than 30 lounges at home and abroad.

TAV Information Technologies

 

TAV Information Technologies, a subsidiary of TAV Airports Holding, designs, develops and implements local and global airport services and solutions as a leading technology brand for both software and hardware in the aviation sector. TAV IT integrates different systems, provides support with the use of new generation technologies and presents the sector with airport friendly products through the extensive solutions it develops and turnkey projects it undertakes. The company currently provides service to 29 airports and 21 companies on 3 continents. Offering service with a professional team specializing in aviation sector and technological solutions, TAV IT provides stable management of sophisticated airport operations and develops new products by utilizing its know-how. TAV Private Security

 

guvenlikTAV Private Security serves under the supervision of Airport Police at all security screening checkpoints in passenger terminals and car park areas operated by TAV Airports in Turkey, providing passenger and baggage screening and patrolling services. While civil aviation security is the main field of activity, the services rendered by TAV Private Security also include cargo security, facility protection and security, carriage of permitted arms, money and valuable goods transfer, loss and shoplifting prevention, aircraft private security and monitoring services, private security and civil aviation security training.

TAV Academy

 

isletmehizTAV Academy, a subsidiary of TAV Airports Holding, was founded in 2006 to meet the training and development needs of the employees. TAV Academy offers in-class training programs to more than 11.000 participants and reaches more than 3000 employees through e-learning system during a year. Becoming prominent in corporate academies by getting certificated by Ministry of National Education, TAV Academy has begun providing trainings for the employees of TAV Construction in 2015. TAV Academy is one of 15 global training centers in the world of Airports Council International, the center of aviation professionals, having established collaborations with some of the world’s most respected universities such as Harvard Business School and Columbia in 2010.
